Srividya joined Massmart in November 2023 to accelerate our eCommerce and Omnichannel efforts, and has recently taken on the role of Chief Growth Officer to expand her portfolio into all growth levers for the business.

Since joining Walmart in 2019, she has led the launch of several new digital businesses and capabilities to grow Omnichannel in the US and across the globe.

Prior to joining Walmart, her career spanned a number of consulting and eCommerce organisations, including Amazon.

Srividya holds a B.S. in Business from Miami University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.
