Social Justice

Supporting Social Justice and Research

Beyond making a direct contribution towards tackling social issues, we believe that we have an important role to play in supporting organisations that work to ensure that our constitutional freedoms are upheld. We also appreciate the need to advance our understanding of the drivers of social issues that are significant in the context of our business and broader society. To this end, we have been a long standing supporter of Section 27, a non-profit legal advocacy organisation, and more recently the Wits University Female Academic Leadership Fellowship, where we are funding research into the drivers of Gender Based Violence and Alcohol abuse in South Africa.
